Return Guidelines

(All returns must meet the return guidelines)

1. Product returns require the original order number and invoice from the received package.

2. All returns must ship within 30 days of receipts.

3. Before sending a return an email with all details must be sent to hello@theintentionalyear.com to receive additional return details. 

Return and Refund Policy

1. We do not supply return labels. 

2. The refund will be less shipping.

3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after arriving at the fulfillment center.
